i made another history! well not really, its just been awhile.
i still remember the time when i was form 3 and form 4,
me and my girls classmates would always do the aerobics for hari kantin, for gotong royong, teacher's day, and any kind of day that aerobics are needed.
lol never thought i would miss that moments. hmph..

anyway, i volunteer myself on 18/7 with few other form 6 students to do the aerobics on the stage along with the instructor.

time tu, the word EMBARASS? doesn't exist in my dictionary at all.
all i know, that i was having fun :)

and god, instrutor tu nk buat warm up aerobics ke atau biggest loser exercise?!
